Hosting and server logs
Our website is hosted by a hosting provider (IONOS).
IONOS SE acts as a data processor (Art. 28 GDPR).
Each access processes server log files (e.g., IP address, date/time, requested page, browser/OS, referrer).
Processing is carried out to ensure operation and troubleshoot issues (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you contact us, we process your details to handle the request and follow-up questions.
Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual/contractual communication) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient communication).
Event registration
When registering, we process the data provided in the form including emergency contact, license/insurance details, flight/camping days and your digital signature.
We generate a PDF receipt and store it together with the signature to document participation and the liability waiver.
Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract/organization) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (documentation/safety).
Email delivery
If enabled, we send the PDF receipt to the provided email address.
Delivery is handled by Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) as a data processor (Art. 28 GDPR).
For this purpose we process your email address and registration data (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Storage period
We store personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes and delete it afterwards unless statutory retention obligations apply.
- Server logs: 30 days
- Registrations incl. PDF/signature: 5 years
- Account data: 24 months after inactivity
Recipients and processors
Recipients may include hosting and email service providers acting on our behalf.
Processors: IONOS SE (hosting), Brevo (email delivery).
Data is only shared with third parties when required for processing or by law.
