1. Registration: Online registration is a non-binding request. Participation becomes effective only after confirmation by the organizer.

2. Requirements: The requirements listed on the website apply (license, insurance, equipment where applicable). The organizer may refuse participation if requirements are not met.

3. Fees/Payment: Fees are calculated on site according to the current price list. Subject to change and errors.

4. Changes/Cancellation: The organizer may change the program or dates for important reasons or cancel the event. Any fees already paid will be refunded in this case. Further claims are excluded.

5. Data protection: Data is processed for organization, execution, and documentation of the event. See the privacy policy for details.
